Playing with fire pentakals begin with images of flaming wood - sticks, branches, & chunks. I capture a triangular slice of that flame photo. Then I mirror-image that slice of fire and join it with the original to form a wedge. I then copy, rotate, and join five of the fire wedges together to form a pentakal (kaleidographic pentagon).
